Founder / CEO · Product and domain expertise

Konrad Gorzelnik, MD, PhD

Neurologist, PhD and court-appointed medical expert with years of experience analysing medical records and preparing expert reports for courts and public institutions. AR3S grew directly out of recurring problems observed in this work.

At AR3S, he is responsible for product direction, domain requirements, analytical design and evaluating results on real-world examples. He combines clinical and forensic practice with scientific work and the development of AI applications for specialist expert evidence.

Co-founder / CTO · Product engineering

Mateusz Walczak

Software engineer and AR3S co-founder responsible for the product’s technical development. He has six years of production experience in web applications, including solutions using AI and machine learning. He currently works as a backend developer on the Opera browser.

He previously co-founded Headvice, an AI-based MedTech project that secured PLN 1 million in PARP funding, and worked on commercial and scientific projects. He holds an MSc in Computer Science from Wrocław University of Science and Technology and was a finalist of the PFR School of Pioneers. At AR3S, he built the first working prototype and leads its continued technical development.

How we work

A real professional problem first — technology second.

Konrad brings the perspective of a physician and court-appointed expert; Mateusz brings that of an engineer building products for real-world environments. Every major AR3S feature begins with a concrete problem observed in practice and then goes through implementation, testing and failure analysis.

We are not building an LLM capabilities demo. We are building a tool whose output must be understandable, useful and verifiable by a lawyer.
